    CMHS Daily Announcements - 9/5/24
    Good Morning Students & Staff - Will you all please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance.
    *Breakfast Tomorrow: Cereal, Cereal Bars, Muffins, Cheese Sticks, Fruit, Milk
    *Lunch Today: Asian Chicken, White or Fried Rice, Steamed Broccoli, Fortune Cookie, Fruit, Milk
    The Student Council meeting rescheduled for Today, September 5th at 2:30 in Mrs. Winkler's room.
    Study Tables are available afterschool. These daily help sessions will be available from 2:30 - 3:30 by content area. Bus passes are available for any student needing a ride. (Social Studies - Appointment)
    Exterior Doors: Reminder for students to never open any exterior doors for visitors during school hours. All entrances must be made to the building through the school office when classes are in session.
    Parking: All licensed drivers should be registered. Any Seniors who still need to paint please see Mrs. Winkler. Parking pass sales continue through this week if needed. We will review the lots this week.
    Cell Phone Expectations: Reminder of the expectation of maintaining a cell phone free instructional environment. Your computer will take you everywhere you need to go. Phones must be parked or left in lockers during class.
    School Pictures: are today, Thursday 9/5. Picture packets are available in the office and in your inbox.
    Senior Sunrise Social & Meeting: Seniors plan on a Class of 2025 Senior Sunrise gathering Thursday 9/5 at the field. Starts @ 7am followed by Senior Meeting @ 8am.
    PE Waiver: If you are planning to apply for the PE Waiver, please see the attached form. You must complete this application and return it to Mr. Carey within 10 calendar days following the first official date for coaching and instruction. (OHSAA)PE Waiver Paperwork Link
    Any student interested in taking Online Health during the 24-25 school year as an independent study course or during study hall, a Google Form sign-up has been shared with your inbox for consideration.
    2024 CLINTON COUNTY CAREER EXPLORATION FAIR - Wednesday, October 9, 2024
    8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Laurel Oaks Career Campus - Limited seating - Sign-up in the Guidance Office.
    College Fair: Held on October 16th @ Wilmington, numerous areas colleges/universities will be in attendance. Seating is limited. Sign-up now in the Guidance Office.
    Election Workers: Any 17- and 18-year-old senior student interested in participating in the elections process, join the Youth @ the Booth program, a collaboration between local schools and the Clinton County Board of Elections which allows seniors to gain real-life experience by working as a election worker in the 2024 General Election on November 5. Stop by the office for more information.
    Weightroom will be open today after school M-Th for any student interested in working out.
    Big Congratulations to the girls tennis team as they beat Wilmington last night. It was the closest match of the season. Addison Swope & Maria Jones won on the singles court. Lilly Logsdon & Paige Oberweiser won on second doubles Brylie Green & Noel Gasaway won on first doubles in a tie breaking third set. They remain first in the league.

    *Lunch Today: Cheeseburger w/Bacon, Fries, Fruit, Milk
