    CMHS Daily Announcements - 10/8/24
    Good Morning Students & Staff - Will you all please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance.
    *Breakfast Tomorrow: Cinnamon Snack Waffles, Cereal, Muffins, Lemon Chip Crunch Bars, Fruit, Milk
    *Lunch Today: Taco Scoops, Black Beans, Whole Grain Treat, Fruit, Milk
    This is the final week of the 1st quarter. Make sure all work is submitted before leaving on Thursday.
    Teens for Christ Bible Study will be after school today in room 533. Rides home are available for district residents.
    Study Tables: are available after school. These daily help sessions will be available from 2:30 - 3:30 by content area. Bus passes are available for any student needing a ride. (Math - Kasten).
    FCCLA will be selling those delicious chocolate chip cookies every WED, THURS, FRI. at the end of school $1.00 for 2 cookies.
    Our CM Nursing Team plans to do hearing and vision screenings for Juniors on Thursday, 10/10. If you have glasses, please bring them to school with you.
    The Tween and Teen Book Club will be meeting today at the Clinton-Massie Branch Library in the conference room. If you haven't read the book, but want to attend, new members are always welcome to join.
    The Clinton County Career Exploration Fair will be tomorrow, Wednesday, October 9th. All students in English 11, English 12, Entrepreneurship, and Focus on Careers classes are scheduled to go. For any other students who would like to attend, please stop by the Guidance Office to sign up for available bus seats to attend. Students attending please make sure your Final Forms account is up to date and that you eat A or B Lunch. We will be gone from 12:15 - 2:15.
    Bowling Open Gyms start on October 1st (Monday - Friday) form 3-5pm at a cost of $5 per day. Bowling on Mondays needs to be completed by 4pm. If interested see Mr. Hayslip or Mr. Carey for details.

    Good Morning Students & Staff - Will you all please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance.
    *Breakfast Tomorrow: Sausage, Egg & Cheese Sandwich, Cereal Bars, Pop Tarts, Chocolate Chip Waffles, Fruit, Milk
    *Lunch Today: Meatball Sub w/Mozzarella Cheese, Mixed Vegetables, Fruit, Milk
    Any student who will be 18 years of age by November 5th 2024 will be eligible to vote in the upcoming election if you are registered by TODAY! Monday, October 7th.
    Voter registration materials can be found in the HS Office or the CM Branch Public Library.
    Thank you for your generosity and support for our 2024 Grand Marshall Mrs. Kim Dorgan. Over $1,000 was raised last week through efforts on campus Thursday & Friday.
    Thank you to all Homecoming Advisors along with all students for an outstanding Homecoming 2024. Congratulations again to our King Avden Faucett and Queen Reese Byington along with all senior court and class attendants.

    *Lunch Today: Chicken Patty Sandwich, Baked Beans, Fruit, Milk
    FCCLA will be selling those delicious chocolate chip cookies every WED, THURS, FRI. at the end of school $1.00 for 2 cookies.
    Also the Pirate Board in the hallway is an ENCOURAGEMENT board for students needing a positive message.Please feel free to take a pirate ship flag for encouragement.
    Neon Nights Homecoming Tickets are now on sale during lunch. Tickets are $20. Tickets will be on sale at lunch until October 2nd. Guest forms are available in the HS Office and must be returned by October 2nd.

    Sophomores and Juniors - PSAT will be offered on Tuesday, October 29th. If you plan on testing, please register using the Google Form in your inbox and bring $18 (cash or check) to Miss Sercu in the guidance office by Tuesday, October 1st.
    PE Waivers - As fall sports and activities wrap up, please make sure that you have completed and submitted all PE Waiver paperwork to Mr. Carey. No excuses for not having this done when it comes to your transcript credit.
